History of Innovation
JGP's success in the public sector is largely attributed to being able to co-create products with public sector partners. This approach ensures our tools and methodologies are by definition, fit for purpose. The examples below (albeit not exhaustive) show our innovations so far:
2007 | First region-wide internal talent management programme launched in the NE covering all local authorities in the region and some 3,000 staff
2007 | JGP deliver national talent management platform for local government - LGTalent.com - for I&DeA
2006 | JGP begin building the next generation of its talent management platform incorporating many of the principles of web 2.0 software development
2005 | JGP launches first collaborative sub-regional internal talent management programme in (Leicester & Rutland Improvement Partnership)
2004 | JGP launches first 'success based charging' model in (London Borough of Newham)
2003 | JGP launches Skillsportal: the first web-based internal talent management programme using skills and competency frameworks in (Surrey County Council)
2003 | JGP was also the first to deliver the save able ‘once only’ Online Application Form also for Surreyjobs.info
2003 | JGP launched the UK’s first collaborative regional public sector recruitment portal with Surreyjobs.info
2003 | JGP pioneered the development of the first online Talent Pool (London Borough of Lewisham)
2003 | JGP launches web-based candidate management system for public sector organisations
2001 | JGP was the first supplier to create a jobs-based API in/out service for clients
2001 | JGP developed the UK’s first job search engine to power dedicated ‘.gov.uk’ career site in 2001 (Nottinghamshire CC)
