Your employee value proposition (EVP) is your offer to candidates, beyond basic employment. It incorporates your company culture, the extra benefits that your people enjoy, training and development opportunities and anything else that an applicant will experience outside of their basic day to day duties. Giving a candidate a clear idea of what makes working for you special can make all the difference in convincing them to choose you over your competitors.
